Important terms and conditions for Cash Depot transactions and micro loan applications.

Any transactions done on this site are deemed to have taken place at our office, regardless of where the site might have been viewed from.
Warning
A micro loan is intended as a short-term financial solution to a short term problem. The first loan has to be paid in full before a new loan can be issued.
Terms and conditions
In this Agreement (“Agreement”), the words “you or your” mean the customer identified on front. The words “Us”, “Our” mean Cash Depot.
Acceptance
You accept the terms and conditions by authorizing Cash Depot to debit your bank account when your loan comes due. This confirms the agreement and terms made available in writing, on the website and verbally by operators before completion of the transaction.
Electronic Presentment of Funds
You agree to the electronic presentation of any funds owed and to representation of any presentations returned for any reason, including permissible non-sufficient funds fees.
Class Action
To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring, join, or participate in any class action or multi-plaintiff action against Cash Depot.
Documentation
Electronic mail, electronic forms, records, photocopies and facsimile copies of submitted documents are considered valid and enforceable as originals.
Electronic Signature / Verbal Consent
By agreeing to the application, submitting online or giving verbal consent by phone, you apply for a micro loan and certify that the information provided is true and correct.
Verification and responsibility
You authorize Cash Depot to verify the information in the application and consent to obtain information about you from a consumer reporting agency or other available means. Cash Depot reserves the right to decline an applicant at any time after due diligence.
Verification of employment, bank account and other information may be required to process the application. You accept personal responsibility for safeguarding any PIN or customer number assigned to you.
