Acceptance<\/h3>

You accept the terms and conditions by authorizing Cash Depot to debit your bank account when your loan comes due. You authorize Cash Depot to verify the information in the application and consent to obtain information about you from a consumer reporting agency or other available means. Cash Depot reserves the right to decline an applicant at any time after due diligence.<\/p>

Verification of employment, bank account and other information may be required to process the application.
